Private Events FAQ

  • We cater weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, holiday parties, birthday parties and more. If your guests love ice cream and a little showmanship, we’d love to be there.

  • We arrive on-site with our liquid nitrogen setup, ice cream base and mix-ins. Guests choose their flavor, then watch as we freeze and churn their ice cream right in front of them. It’s part dessert, part live culinary experience.

  • We’re based in the Denver metro area and regularly serve events around Denver, Boulder and the Front Range. For events outside this area, reach out with your details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

  • We typically need a small, flat area for our station and access to standard electrical power. Once you inquire with your event details, we’ll walk you through our exact space and power needs for your venue.

  • We can accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to large weddings and corporate events. Let us know your estimated guest count and timeline when you inquire, and we’ll recommend a setup that fits.

  • Our calendar fills quickly during wedding season and around holidays. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to reserve your date, especially for weekends and popular months.
